BIOSPHERE 3, INC. — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By accessing this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Proprietary Information. All content, data, methods, algorithms, software architecture, research outputs, agent configurations, prompt engineering techniques, workflow designs, and intellectual property displayed on or accessible through this platform (collectively, "Proprietary Materials") are the exclusive property of Biosphere 3, Inc. ("B3") and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark law.

2. Confidentiality. You agree to treat all Proprietary Materials as confidential information. You shall not disclose, publish, distribute, or make available any Proprietary Materials to any third party without the prior written consent of B3.

3. No Reproduction. You shall not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Proprietary Materials, in whole or in part, by any means or in any form.

4. No Competitive Use. You shall not use any Proprietary Materials, or knowledge gained from accessing this platform, to develop, enhance, or support any product, service, or system that competes with B3's offerings.

5. Access Controls. Your access credentials are personal and non-transferable. You shall not share your login credentials or allow any unauthorized person to access this platform through your account.

6. AI-Generated Content. This platform incorporates artificial intelligence systems that generate content, analyses, and recommendations. All AI-generated outputs created within or through this platform are the property of B3.

7. Patent Pending. Certain methods, systems, and processes implemented in this platform are the subject of pending patent applications. Unauthorized use may constitute patent infringement.

8. Termination. B3 may revoke your access at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the platform and destroy any copies of Proprietary Materials in your possession.

9. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and B3 regarding your use of this platform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
